One thing I like about athletics is how athletes come in different shapes and sizes. Muscular, jacked lean, cut, ripped, etc., however you want to describe it. When you think of lean and cut I think of Halina Tsitova, her physique is very admirable and she has a great smile. The video starts out with Halina in the jump curling biceps with both hands. She has an incredibly friendly aura about her and the action is under way. She stops to flex her biceps and then she gets to training her pecs/shoulders on the exercise machine, she takes a break in between and starts up again. Over the next 10 minutes or so of the video, Halina trains her legs and flexes them as well. To make you remember, that she has also great, strong toned legs as well. Her overall dedication to her entire physique is great and that's really a big part of what makes us appreciate these athletes, they're dedication. After the various leg workouts, she flexes them for all to see her hard work. Next, she does some preacher curls, pull downs, and then she does some crunches and leg lift legs for the abs. She does one final pose down of the abs and then she heads outside of the gym to does some final poses and a little info about herself. This video is highly recommended introduction to Halina like it was for me and hopefully looking forward to seeing her many more times in the future.

Once again this website comes through with another beautiful young athlete I haven't heard of until now. Halina is a physique competitor from Belarus and she is absolutely wonderful. This video is a gym workout in which Halina exercises her whole body. It opens with some great footage of her bicep workout. She doesn't lift very heavy weights, but she still gets a good pump and when she flexes, her peaks pop nicely. The next scene is a chest press, it's not a heavy lift but you can see her rock hard pecs are getting a decent workout. This is followed by a good 10 minutes of lower body exercises, she shows off her lovely legs and works her hamstrings, quads, and calves. Halina's calf muscles are really well defined and have a great shape to them, they look great when she works them. We get some more bicep training in the form of preacher curls with some flexing to boot and then a nice sequence of back and abdominal training. I love how her lats flare when she flexes them, it's very sexy. The video concludes with her doing a series of poses to show off her entire body. I think this is a very good video, Halina is pretty and strong with a nice lean but muscular look. I hope to see more of her in the future.
