FitAndrea returns with a more defined look than the previous volumes. To me a more competition style definition more cut and muscular. She begins by curling dumbbell weights alternating biceps for a few quick reps then she switches over to a chest/shoulder exercise. On to some more posing then she proceeds to some of the best most muscular like pull ins you'll ever see. Afterwards we get some impressive posing, I feel as though she's in the best shape I've ever seen her in, in this clip. Later she goes on to some more bicep curls almost a modified preacher curl as she's leaning on the part of the bench. I feel like the intensity has gone up at this point in the video. I really think her posing is great. The way she does is very nice in that I think she's a great poser. Next we get to some back exercises and back poses. I truly appreciate this clip and one of the key reasons is FitAndrea's incredible poses. Definitely the highlights of the clip.

She is incredibly sexy, she's looks like the long lost sister of WWE's Nikki and Brie Bella. In this video she goes through a grueling upper body work out. You can see that she's really working her muscles from the look on her face as she hits the last few reps in each set. She then treats us to some gorgeous flexing of what she just pumped up. I loved the part where she does cable hero curls, it's one of my favourite things to watch. We also get to see some pull-ups, which I think is rare to see in a video like this. Everything in this video is a real treat, but the extended posing sequence that ends it is phenomenal. This woman really knows how to flex for maximum effect! There's this way that she looks at the camera while flexing as if to say, "You like this, don't you?" I hope to see more of her in the future.
