This video, I feel, is Oana at her best yet. A video that features everything we like in a Double Biceps clip, a strong, powerful woman, training, and posing. Oana, I feel like is looking better than ever. I even love the hair color and change. It seems intensity and training have gone to the next level here, as her lifting is as solid and determined as ever. Oana has great size in this clip, and you really feel like she can lift any weight in the gym with ease. She is gracefully huge and ripped, like one of the best bodybuilders who can seamlessly combine beauty and massive muscle. It is as if the more size she gains, the more beauty comes along with it. I really enjoy how she flexes throughout the clip in between the training to keep you glued to the screen to see what she'll do next. All of her muscles appear to have muscles. Her traps, shoulders, and biceps are all huge and ripped. She does a ton of awesome bicep exercises throughout the clip to get a great pump going. Its amazing to watch a master at her work, how she has the strength and endurance to keep this up throughout the session, and its a marvel to watch. She finishes out with more awesome flexing and a few more exercises. Probably one of the best most muscular poses in the business as well as posers in general. And don't forget how incredible her abs are throughout this video. This is a must-see clip in the history of HD video. Her best muscle training video so far.

There is little I love more than videos of contest-ready female bodybuilders training in the gym, Oana is one of those things. Imagine my surprise to see a new video featuring my favourite bodybuilder who doesn't have a pro card yet in the video format I love. As always, Oana is stunningly beautiful, and her muscular physique is in exceptional form. Her traps are popping, and her front delts are shredded as she opens the video with some flexing. The boulders she calls biceps are massive, and I can't wait to see her pump them up. Barbell curls are the first exercise of the video, and those arms of hers are phenomenal. You can clearly see the definition that separates her biceps, delts, and triceps as she curls the weight. Oana is truly a spectacular athlete, and the look of determination on her face as she fights for each last rep is really incredible, it shows the heart of a champion. Fair warning, this is mostly a bicep workout with the exception of some ab training and light deadlifting at the end. Fortunately, Oana's biceps are amazing enough to carry an entire 33-minute video! She hits them from all angles and really gets them pumped, as evidenced by the flexing she does throughout. I am glad I watched this, it's definitely a new favourite of mine. I just can't get enough of this sensational woman, and I look forward to seeing more here on Double Biceps.
