Oana is back with another amazing gym video! She is in such amazing shape, her muscles are huge and have a maturity to them that she has earned through many years of lifting heavy weights. The video begins with upper body excercises, training her chest and back with some pulldowns and then giving us some bicep and ab flexing before hitting her out of this world most muscular pose. The video continues with Oana curling some weights to build her already phenomenal biceps. Afterwards, she moves to training those signature abs of hers. I just love her well-defined mid-section and how it pops when she flexes it. It is a tremendous video and there's a lot of great stuff I haven't mentioned yet, like some heavy chest work and a little lower body training near the end of the video. It's all interspersed with Oana flexing those magnificent muscles. Love, love, LOVE this video!! A must see for fans of Oana and anyone who is a fan of quality muscle.
