I can always count on this website to provide videos of muscular women that are new to me, Natalia is the latest to come to my attention. Here we see her going through a light workout. The video follows the standard format of pumping up a muscle group and then flexing for the camera. She starts off with her biceps, which have some nice peaks and some good vascularity going on. After biceps, she works her chest and hits some side poses that also accentuate her lovely arms. There's a great sequence of various leg exercises that showcase Natalia's huge thighs and well developed calf muscles. I bet there are many leg lovers who will have Ms. Kovaleva on their radar after this video. The clip finishes off with some more upper body posing, Natalia has an incredible physique with one (technically two) of my favourite things, large deltoid muscles that cap her shoulders perfectly. All in all this is a good video, I love Natalia's firey red hair and the level of muscularity she has acheived at such a young age. The only problem I have with it is that she doesn't smile more, but that's a small flaw in an otherwise great clip.

Her incredible beauty and physique is why inspired me to look for me clips of her which lead me to here. She starts out with bicep curls in the gym with great close up shots. She appears to already be pumped up to the max so it's a pressure to imagine her physique getting stronger and more defined. The camera is zoomed and slightly zooms from top to bottom and back to be sure to catch a complete view of the action. Next she curls a whole bar for more bicep pumping. A great smooth, tanned physique starting out with the relentless pumping actions and for a good few quick zooms in and out. Afterwards, she gives the fans why we all want to see, she gives some great bicep flexes with both arms, slowly and effectively to emphasize the pump and the size, first from the front and the from the back. Natalia has a great complete fullness about her physique that any athlete admirer can appreciate. After siting chest exercises with Dumbbells, she does some more incredible posing, sowing off what her dedicated work produced. Next she does some modified bench pressing and shoulder pull downs. The thing to appreciate the most about these videos are the dedication the athletes and the photographers take to display what the athletes go through to gain their physique. Doesn't happen overnight and you have to put in the word to get the results. That's one full display, the results, when Natalia poses her legs and flexes them in extreme closeups and then she works on the legs and the glutes with leg presses and goes back to flexing the legs again. Which leads to more leg exercises. Natalia looks beautiful in this clip and you get to see we regime with great posing included. The video closes out with some really great upper body flexing and posing. Probably some of the best you'll see or this site or anywhere. Natalia is beautiful and strong and this clip is highly recommended and looking forward to one of my favorites returning to do another video.
